AN EXPLORATION ON INDIVIDUAL FACTORS AFFECTING TEAMWORK
EFFECTIVENESS
This research aims to explore the individual factors affecting Hexa Prasindo’s teamwork
effectiveness. This research is a qualitative research which uses Hexa Prasindo’s team members,
former member, and facilitator as informants. The methods of data collection applied in this
research consist of observation, in-depth interview, and documentation. This research concludes
the individual factors which belong to Hexa Prasindo’s members, such as personality, value,
attitude, and ability. Furthermore, in order to accomodate individual personality and value needs,
grow positive attitude, and improve and utilize individual abilities, some HRM strategies are
recommended by the facilitator to deal with the individual factors and increase individual
performance in the team
