Abstract: Purpose -This study to set up a cigarette specification in effort to maintenance cigarette quality. Which the effect to revenue increases too. Design/methodology/approach-This conceptual should be research and develop or trial-error that builds a cigarette specification at PT Total Sembilan. Findings- It is proposed that influence innovation by used statistical process control to increase product quality because it has a cigarette specification. Research limitations/implications -This study can help marketers develop appropriate and effective marketing strategies to influence consumers' acceptance of cigarette quality standard. This study serves to provide guidance for marketers alike in evaluating the potential success of revenue increases. On the other hand, the study draws from the extant literature and theoretical discussion to innovation and develops research propositions. Conclusion- This study fills the innovation void in the literature and contributes to the extant literature by analyzing influence innovation by used statistical process control as tools set up a cigarette quality standard. A control chart is one of primary techniques of statistical process control (SPC).
