dc.description.abstractHuman resources management is one of important function in organizational management. As the company grow, the need of human resource information system (HRIS) in the company is increased. The implementation of HRIS in a company, can help the organization to increase productivity, reduce waste in non-mille added process and increase the communication quality between management and employees. Other benefit of using HRIS are to reduce the number of HR staff for maintain employees information and to reduce the HR staff in the branch office because this system can be accessed through the Internet. This study will examine Orange HRM HRIS as an open source software to help organization manage their human resource better.en_US
