Perancangan Strategi Marketing Melalui Sosial Media Menggunakan Metode QSPM pada Perusahaan Prismatic Photography

Marketing is one of the most important activities that a company have to do, to publish their existence, and to give information to people about product or service they sold. Started from the use of social media in the form of Instagram to help marketing service from Prismatic Photography company, but the social media does not give significant result and does not make increase the number of client in the company. Social media was chosen as a company marketing tool because it sees the high social media users right now. This research was made with the purpose to formulate a new marketing strategy that can be useful to Prismatic Photography Company, using QSPM methods. The type of this research is qualitative descriptive and the analysis was using EFE matrix, IFE matrix, IE matric, SWOT matrix, and QSPM to find an alternative strategy that suites with the company. Data from this research was collected through interview method, questionnaire, and observation. The result from this research is 8 new alternative marketing strategy, with 3 priority strategy that can be applied in social media, there are: 1) make new packages with unusual price, 2) make a new trend for photography without price benchmark, and 3) make cooperation with new start up business with special price. Those alternative strategies are expected to help expanding Prismatic Photography Company, and make the company can fulfil people’s need.
