The Effect Of Green Hotel Implementation Concept Towards Guest Satisfaction and Guest Intention To Revisit Favehotel Tuba
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of green hotel implementation
towards guest satisfaction and guest intention to return to Favehotel Tuban. The
method used in this research is quantitative analysis. The sample used was 100
previous guest of Favehotel Tuban. The method used is purposive probability
sampling. Data collection tecnhinques in this study were carried out by distributing
quesionnares using a likert scale. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be
concluded that green hotel implementation does have significant effect towards guest
satisfaction and guest satisfaction does have signigicant effect towards guest intention
to revisit Favehotel Tuban.
