    Abstract
    THE EFFECT OF WORKING ENVIRONMENT, LEADERSHIP STYLE, AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE TOWARDS EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT CIPUTRA WORLD HOTEL SURABAYA The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of working environment,leadership style, and organizational cultureonemployee performance at CiputraWorld Hotel Surabaya. The study was done with quantitative approach anddescriptive analysis. The samples of this study areCiputra World Hotel’semployees who work under the contract. The total respondents of this study are 94people. The data was collected by handing out questionnaires, and data analysiswas done by using the statisticalprogram SPSS 23. The results of this study canbesummarized into (1) twoof theindependent variables,leadership style,andorganizational culturehave a positive effect towards the dependent variableemployee performance, (2) working environment does not have asignificanteffecttowards employee performance, (3) with coefficient ofdetermination value of0.754, it can be concluded that the dependent variable in this study can be explainedasmuch as75.4%by the independent variables included in this study, while24.6%are the variables that are still left to be explored.
