| dc.description | This backround of this research is the COVID-19 pandemic currently being faced which requires social distancing in an effort to reduce the spread of Coronavirus. The impact of the application of social distancing can be felt in the field of education, which requires that all lecture activities be carried out online. Ciputra University is one of the many universities that applies work from home. The use of online learning tools is one of the efforts that are expected to help the lecture process and other campus activities. This study aims to determine the most influential factors in the use of online learning tools at Ciputra University. Based on the results of the preliminary research that has been done, it was found that the application that Ciputra University students most interested in was the zoom application. The data collection process was carried out by distributing online questionnaires to 87 Ciputra University students who used the zoom application. The analysis technique in this research uses SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 3.3.3 software. Based on the test results, it was found that there was a positive and significant effect given by the Perceived Usefulness variable (PU) on the use of the zoom application (ITU) with a relationship value of 0.386, a positive but insignificant influence given by Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) variable on the use zoom application (ITU) with a relationship value of 0,152, a positive and significant influence given by the Perceived Trust (PT) variable on the use zoom application (ITU) with a relationship value of 0,345, a positive but insignificant influence given by Quality System (QS) variable on the use zoom application (ITU) with a relationship value of 0,087. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh Pandemi COVID-19 yang dihadapi saat ini yang mengharuskan melakukan social distancing sebagai salah satu upaya mengurangi penyebaran Coronavirus Disease. Dampak dari penerapan social distancing dirasakan hingga bidang pendidikan yang mengharuskan semua kegiatan perkuliahan dilakukan secara online. Universitas Ciputra adalah salah satu dari banyak universitas yang menerapkan work from home. Penggunaan online learning tools menjadi salah satu upaya yang diharapkan dapat membantu proses perkuliahan dan kegiatan kampus lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling berpengaruh dalam penggunaan online learning tools di Universitas Ciputra. Berdasarkan hasil preliminary research yang sudah dilakukan didapatkan bahwa aplikasi yang paling diminati mahasiswa Universitas Ciputra adalah aplikasi zoom. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner secara online kepada 87 mahasiswa Universitas Ciputra yang menggunakan aplikasi zoom. Teknik analisis pada peneitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan software SmartPLS 3.3.3. Berdasarkan hasil uji didapatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan yang diberikan oleh variabel persepsi kebermanfaatan (PU) terhadap penggunaan aplikasi zoom (ITU) dengan nilai hubungan sebesar 0,386, pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan yang diberikan oleh variabel persepsi kemudahan (PEOU) terhadap penggunaan aplikasi zoom (ITU) dengan nilai hubungan sebesar 0,152, pengaruh positif dan signifikan yang diberikan oleh variabel persepsi kepercayaan (PT) terhadap penggunaan aplikasi zoom (ITU) dengan nilai hubungan sebesar 0,345, pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan yang diberikan oleh variabel kualitas sistem (QS) terhadap penggunaan aplikasi zoom (ITU) dengan nilai hubungan sebesar 0,087. | en_US |
