| dc.description | The website has become part of the development of the world, in this era, the
website is very influential to get information quickly and accurately. So the creation
of a job search website to make it easier for job seekers to find a job, besides that
a website with an attractive design, easy to use and provides accurate information
is one of the satisfaction of users. In this study, the author will use the Jobstreet job
search website for analysis with the WebQual 4.0 method to assess Usability,
Information Quality, and Service Quality and use Importance-Performance
Analysis (IPA) for Cartesian diagram mapping. Data will be collected by
interviewing Jobstreet job seeker website users online, 33 questions will be asked
to users, namely 9 items regarding respondent data, 22 questions regarding the
WebQual 4.0 method where each question will be divided into 2 instruments,
namely the level of performance and level interests, and the last is 2 questions for
suggestions from respondents. The results that have been processed by the
Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method get the value of the level of
conformity, getting results of 90.6%, where the respondents feel that they are still
not close to satisfaction with the Jobstreet job search website services. At the level
of processing the gap gets a result of -1.21 which means that in terms of the level
of performance and level of importance, users still feel less or not as expected. The
results of the diagram processing attributes are the main priority, there are 6
attributes, namely the Jobstreet job search website provides accurate information
(KI1), the Jobstreet job search website provides reliable information (KI2), the
Jobstreet job search website provides up-to-date information (KI3), I feel safe when
accessing the Jobstreet job search website (KL2), I feel my personal data
information is stored safely on the Jobstreet website (KL3), making it easy to
communicate with the company that provides job vacancies on the job search
website Jobstreet (KL6). | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Website sudah menjadi bagian dari perkembangan dunia, di era ini website sangat
berpengaruh untuk mendapatkan informasi dengan cepat dan akurat. Maka
terciptanya website pencarian kerja untuk memudahkan pencari kerja menemukan
pekerjaan, disamping itu website dengan desain yang menarik, mudah digunakan
serta memberikan informasi yang akurat menjadi salah satu kepuasan bagi para
pengguna. Pada penelitan ini penulis akan menggunakan website pencarian kerja
Jobstreet untuk di analisis dengan metode WebQual 4.0 untuk menilai dari
Kegunaan, Kualitas Informasi, dan Kualitas Layanan serta menggunakan
Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk pemetaan diagram Kartesius. Data
akan dikumpulkan dengan mewawancara pengguna website pencari kerja Jobstreet
secara online, terdapat 33 butir pertanyaan yang akan ditanyakan kepada pengguna
yaitu 9 butir mengenai data responden, 22 butir pertanyaan mengenai metode
WebQual 4.0 yang dimana setiap pertanyaan akan dibagi menjadi 2 instrumen yaitu
tingkat kinerja dan tingkat kepentingan, dan yang terakhir adalah 2 butir pertanyaan
untuk saran dari responden. Hasil yang sudah diolah dengan metode Importance-
Performance Analysis (IPA) mendapatkan nilai tingkat kesesuaian mendapatkan
hasil 90.6% yang dimana responden merasa masih belum mendekati kepuasan
terhadap pelayanan website pencarian kerja Jobstreet. Pada pengolahan tingkat
kesenjangan mendapatkan hasil -1.21 yang dapat diartikan bahwa dari segi tingkat
kinerja maupun tingkat kepentingan, pengguna masih merasa kurang atau belum
sesuai harapan. Hasil dari pengolahan diagram Kartesius pada atribut yang menjadi
prioritas yang utama terdapat 6 atribut yaitu website pencarian kerja Jobstreet
memberikan informasi yang akurat (KI1), website pencarian kerja Jobstreet
memberikan informasi yang dapat dipercaya (KI2), website pencarian kerja
Jobstreet memberikan informasi yang up-to-date (KI3), saya merasa aman saat
mengakses website pencarian kerja Jobstreet (KL2), saya merasa informasi data
pribadi tersimpan dengan aman pada website Jobstreet (KL3), memberikan
kemudahan untuk berkomunikasi dengan pihak perusahaan penyedia lowongan
kerja pada website pencarian kerja Jobstreet (KL6). | en_US |
