DEVELOPMENT IN NEW NORMAL ERA DESIGN contains business design
and interior design of beauty places that have head to toe services. This is based
on the lack of complete service places in West Surabaya and the Covid-19
pandemic which greatly disrupts daily activities. Therefore, Cara Esthétique
beauty center will solve all the problems that exist in the new normal era with a
variety of values offered as well as improved quality and cleanliness standards. In
the elaboration of this Business Plan, there are analyzes, objectives and strategies
regarding beauty business planning by looking deeply at the design of the new
normal era. In addition, this beauty center also supports social and physical
distancing movements to prevent transmission of the virus which is implemented
using various kinds of PPE, minimum distance during the treatment process, fast
daily health checks, cleaning equipment with disinfectants and a cashless payment

DENGAN PENDALAMAN PADA DESAIN ERA NEW NORMAL berisi tentang
sebuah rancangan bisnis dan desain interior tempat kecantikan yang mempunyai
pelayanan from head to toe. Hal ini didasari oleh kurangnya tempat pelayanan
yang lengkap di Surabaya Barat dan adanya pandemi Covid-19 yang sangat
menganggu aktivitas sehari-hari. Oleh karena itu, Cara Esthétique beauty center
ini akan mengatasi segala permasalahan yang ada di era new normal dengan
berbagai macam value yang ditawarkan serta peningkatan standar kualitas dan
kebersihan. Pada penjabaran Business Plan ini terdapat analisa, tujuan dan strategi
tentang perencanaan bisnis kecantikan dengan pendalaman pada desain era new
normal. Selain itu, beauty center ini juga mendukung gerakan social and physical
distancing untuk mencegah penularan virus yang diterapkan dengan penggunaan
berbagai macam APD, adanya jarak minimum saat proses treatment, pengecekan
kesehatan setiap hari secara cepat, membersihkan alat dengan disinfektan dan
