| dc.description | The Entrepreneurial Interior Architecture Final Project report entitled "Designing a Cafe Project in Makassar City with a Design Behavior Approach by a Consultant O…Ia Studio" is an attempt to fulfill the academic requirements to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Architecture at the Faculty of Creative Industries, Ciputra University, Surabaya. This final report contains the design of the interior architecture of a cafe in the city of Makassar. Precisely located on Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan, kelurahan Pai, kecamatan Biringkanaya, Makassar city, South Sulawesi province. In the current millennial era, the general public tends to like places with a millennial lifestyle. One of the places that millennials like today is a cafe. The development of cafes in Indonesia, especially in the city of Makassar, is growing rapidly. Visiting cafes for millennials has now become their lifestyle. In addition to being a place to hang out and buy drinks, the cafe also provides a place with comfortable facilities and an attractive and comfortable exterior and interior that is fun to visit. The attractive exterior and interior design features of the cafe can attract visitors to visit the cafe. Not only as a place to buy something or a place to hang out, but also as a place to take pictures and exist. Attractive and unique exterior and interior designs are the main attraction of the cafe for millennials who currently enjoy the photo lifestyle. The cafe's exterior which has a unique and attractive building design concept can be the main attraction for visitors to come to visit the cafe. The exterior of the cafe can attract the attention of visitors but what makes visitors stay in the cafe is the interior design of the cafe. A unique, attractive and comfortable cafe interior can make visitors feel at home in the cafe. To get a unique building design concept and attract attention, the café design plan will use the concept of design behavior. This design concept is used in order to be able to design according to the behavior of visitors and café users. Moreover, in the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic, more attention is needed in designing designs in human behavior in activities in cafes and in accordance with health protocols. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Laporan Tugas Akhir Entrepreneurial Interior Architecture yang berjudul “Perancangan Proyek Cafe Di Kota Makassar Dengan Pendekatan Design Behaviour Oleh Konsultan O…Ia Studio” merupakan usaha yang ditunjukan untuk memenuhi persyaratan akademik untuk mendapatkan gelar Sarjana Arsitektur Strata Satu pada Fakultas Industri Kreatif Universitas Ciputra Surabaya. Laporan tugas akhir ini berisi tentang perancangan desain aristektur interior kafe yang berada di kota Makassar. Tepatnya berada di jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan, kelurahan Pai, kecamatan Biringkanaya, kota Makassar, provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Di zaman millennial saat ini, masyarakat umum cenderung menyukai tempat – tempat dengan gaya hidup masyarakat millennial. Salah satu tempat yang masyarakat millennial sukai saat ini iyalah cafe. Perkembangan cafe di Indonesia khususnya di kota Makassar sangat berkembang pesat. . Mengunjungi cafe bagi masyarakat millennial saat ini sudah menjadi gaya hidup mereka. Selain menjadi tempat nongkrong dan membeli minuman, cafe juga menyediakan tempat dengan fasilitas – fasilitas yang nyaman dan dengan exterior interior yang menarik dan nyaman serta menyenangkan untuk dikunjungi. Fitur desain exterior dan interior cafe yang menarik dapat membuat pengunjung tertarik untuk mengunjungi cafe. Bukan hanya sebagai tempat membeli sesuatu atau tempat untuk nongkrong tetapi menjadi area tempat untuk berfoto dan eksis. Desain exterior dan interior yang menarik dan unik merupakan daya tarik cafe bagi masyarakat millennial yang saat ini mengemari gaya hidup berfoto. Exterior cafe yang memilik konsep desain bangunan yang unik dan menarik dapat menjadi daya tarik utama bagi pengunjung untuk dating mengunjungi cafe. Exterior cafe dapat menarik perhatian pengunjung tetapi yang membuat pengunjung tetap di dalam cafe adalah desain interior cafe tersebut. Interior cafe yang unik, menarik dan nyaman dapat membuat pengunjung betah di cafe. Untuk mendapatkan konsep desain bangunan yang unik dan menarik perhatian, maka perencanaan desain café akan menggunakan konsep design behavior. Konsep desain ini digunakan agar dapat merancangan sesuai dengan perilaku pengunjung dan pengguna café. Terlebih lagi dalam kondisi pandemi Covid- 19, maka diperlukan perhatian lebih dalam perancangan desain dalam perilaku manusia beraktivitas di café dan sesuai dengan protocol kesehatan. | en_US |
