| dc.description | Purpose of this study is to reveal whether is there a relationship between parent support for career decision making self-efficacy in adolescents with disabilities. The subjects of this study were 45 person. The hypothesis of this study is, there is a relationship between parent support for career decision making self efficacy in adolescents with disabilities. This research is a quantitative research with a correlational design. The measuring instrument used is the career related parent support scale (CRPS) and the career decision making self efficacy short form (CDMSE). The The correlation analysis result show that (r = 0.460; p = 0.001). Based on this result indicate that there is a positive relationship between parent support for career decision making self efficacy in adolescents with disabilities There are side results about Dimensions of CRPS revealed that "Verbal Support" correlated with CDMSE (r = 0.558; p = <.001), and "Associated Modeling" correlated with CDMSE (r = 0.388; p = 0.009). | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara Dukungan Orang Tua terhadap Career Decision Making Self Efficacy pada Remaja Difabel. Subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 45 subjek. Hipotesis pada penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan antara dukungan orang tua terhadap Career Decision Making Self Efficacy pada Remaja Difabel. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu skala Career related parent support scale (CRPS) dan Career Decision Making Self Efficacy Short Form (CDMSE). Hasil korelasi pada penelitian ini (r = 0.460; p = 0.001). Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif antara dukungan orang tua terhadap Career Decision Making Self Efficacy pada remaja difabel. Hasil lain dimensi dukungan verbal berkorelasi terhadap CDMSE (r = 0.558; p = <.001), pemodelan terkait juga berkorelasi terhadap CDMSE (r= 0.388; p= 0.009). | en_US |
