| dc.description | NDP Project is one of the shopping centre that located in the east of Surabaya.
They are selling a lot of variation for motorcycle and accesories for riders. This
shopping centre has two systems on selling their products; retail and wholesale.
The first floor will be used for the wholesale system and the second floor will be
used for the retail system. However, this NDP project not only selling the
motorcycle and it’s accesories. Owner also use this place to put some of his
collection on his gallery. Since, there are a lot of owner’s collection in here, NDP
project used it as one of their room’s decoration element on the both first and
second floor. This cause every floor still have related ambience although with
different function. Furthermore, style that they used on this place is related to the
products that they sell. Since, they sell product that related to motorcycle, the style
is more masculin or we can say it used steampunk style. The other reason they
used steampunk style because of the products that they sell have relation to the
newest technology and aesthetic. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | NDP Project adalah salah satu pusat perbelanjaan yang terletak di Surabaya
Timur. NDP Project menjual produk variasi sepeda motor yang biasa digunakan
untuk memodifikasi sepeda motor dan juga aksesoris bagi pengguna sepeda
motor. NDP Project melayani penjualan baik dengan sistem grosir maupun ecer.
Sistem penjualan secara grosir berada pada lantai satu, sedangkan sistem
penjualan secara ecer berada pada lantai dua. Bangunan ini bukan hanya
digunakan untuk tempat penjualan, namun juga digunakan untuk galeri. Hal ini
menyebabkan desain pada area lantai satu dan lantai dua juga memanfaatkan
berbagai barang koleksi milik klien untuk menjadi salah satu elemen ruang. Hal
ini menyebabkan adanya kesinambungan ambience antar lantai walaupun
memiliki fungsi yang berbeda. Selain itu, gaya yang digunakan juga berhubungan
dengan produk yang dijual yang kebanyakan dipakai oleh laki-laki sehingga
menampilkan kesan yang maskulin yaitu dengan menggunakan gaya steampunk.
Hal ini berhubungan dengan adanya hubungan produk yang dijual dengan gaya
steampunk yang sama-sama mengedepankan teknologi dan estetika. | en_US |
