| dc.description | Education Learning Center nowdays is an important aspect for students who is still in school. Moodle one of an application that can be used for the purposes of the current system of online teaching. But in the Open Source Moodle is still lacking the features required in a variety of needs that exist in tutoring institute. Among other things, need to be made a questions feature to sort cycles or pattern, a question feature to match questions and answer for paired. Also the facility of multiple choice questions with embeded picture in the matter and the answer choices, making it easier for the students to be able to understand exam questions. In addition, there needs to be a feature to display the real time mark when students have completed the test, so the students can see first hand the value that has been achieved.
The purpose of this thesis is to design, create and implement additional features in the moodle open source as online education system at education learning center. The research methodology used is through a survey of the needs of the features required in tutoring agencies, and conduct interviews with the counselors to determine other needs that need that can ease the process of online tutoring. So the expected results, through the creation and enhanced features in Open Source Moodle is to facilitate the students and tutors to make learning online. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Lembaga Bimbingan Belajar saat ini merupakan aspek penting bagi murid yang masih duduk di bangku sekolah. Moodle merupakan salah satu aplikasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk keperluan sistem pengajaran online saat ini.
Tetapi di dalam Open Source Moodle tersebut masih kurang terdapat fitur yang diperlukan dalam berbagai kebutuhan yang ada di lembaga bimbingan belajar. Di antaranya, perlu dibuat fitur soal untuk mengurutkan siklus atau pola yang berurutan, mencocokkan soal dan jawaban untuk dipasangkan. Juga fasilitas soal pilihan berganda bergambar di dalam soal dan pilihan jawabannya, sehingga memudahkan para murid untuk dapat mengerti soal ujian. Selain itu juga perlu adanya fitur untuk menampilkan nilai saat siswa telah menyelesaikan ujiannya, sehingga para murid dapat melihat langsung nilai yang telah dicapainya.
Tujuan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk merancang, membuat dan menerapkankan penambahan fitur open source moodle sebagai sistem pembelajaran online di lembaga bimbingan belajar. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah melalui survei kebutuhan fitur yang diperlukan di lembaga bimbingan belajar, dan melakukan interview dengan para pembimbing untuk mengetahui kebutuhan lain yang perlu yang dapat mempermudah proses bimbingan belajar secara online. hasil yang diharapkan, melalui pembuatan dan penambahan fitur di Open Source Moodle ini dapat mempermudah para murid dan pembimbing untuk melakukan pembelajaran secara online. | en_US |
