| dc.description | The fast growth of technology also happened because of the advancement
of internet. That technology can be used in a building system tat called smart
building system with iot based. The system increased risk management, network
performance, workforce productivity, and space utilization. With Iot based or
Internet of Things simplified the monitoring a building system. The usage of that
system need a green building concept, apart from increasing convenience,
accesibility, and productivity of the user, but also pay attention to encironmental
condition and not break it. In Indonesia, there is a council that conrol green point,
name of the council is Green Building Council Indonesia. That council already
published some rule to approve a building can be called a green building. The
realization of smart building system based on IoT will be realized in Designing
office and Co-Work Space. The project will be designed with smart building system

| dc.description.abstract | Kemajuan teknologi yang sangat pesat terjadi dikarenakan adanyanya
kemajuan internet. Pemanfaatan teknologi tersebut dapat diaplikasikan dalam
sebuah bangunan yang dinamakan Smart building system berbasis IoT. Sistem
tersebut meningkatkan pengaturan keamanan, performa jaringan bangunan,
produktifitas pegguna serta pengaturan ruang yang terorganisir. Dengan adanya
basis IoT atau yang disebut Internet of Things dapat mempermudah pengawasan
sistem bangunan secara keseluruhan. Namun penggunan sistem tersebut harus
dilandasi dengan konsep green building, sehingga selain meningkatkan
kenyamanan, aksesibilitas, dan produktifitas pengguna, namun juga tetap
memperhatikan kondisi lingkungan sekitar dan tidak merusaknya. Di Indonesia,
telah ada lembaga yang mengatur nilai green, yang disebut Green Building Council
Indonesia. Lembaga tersebut telah menerbitkan pedoman sebagai tolak ukur suatu
bangunan layak dikatakan bangunan hijau. Perwujudan dari penerapan smart
building system berbasis IoT yang ramah terhadap lingkungan diwujudkan dalam
sebuah perancangan Proyek Kantor dan Co-Work Space. Proyek tersebut akan di
desain dengan sistem smart building berbasis IoT yang ramah lingkungan. | en_US |
