| dc.description | The main purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between the level of spirituality and job satisfaction in fresh graduate university graduates in Surabaya. The hypothesis in this research is there is a relationship between spirituality and job satisfaction at fresh graduate of university graduate in Surabaya. This research is a quantitative research with “The Spirituality Questionnaire” spirituality scale by Hardt et al (2012) and “Job Satisfaction Scale” job satisfaction scale by Xiu - yun (2010). Scale was distributed to 100 subjects. The result of the research showed a positive relationship between spirituality and job satisfaction of fresh graduate of university graduate in Surabaya who had worked (r = 0.46, p = 0.000; p <0.05). In other words, if the spirituality score rises, the job satisfaction score also becomes higher. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara tingkat spiritualitas dan kepuasan kerja pada fresh graduate lulusan universitas di Surabaya. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara spiritualitas dan kepuasan kerja pada fresh graduate lulusan universitas di Surabaya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan skala spiritualitas yang dikembangkan oleh Hardtet al (2012) dan skala kepuasan kerja yang dikembangkan oleh oleh Xiu - yun (2010). Skala disebarkan kepada 100 orang subjek penelitian.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara spiritualitas dengan kepuasan kerja fresh graduate lulusan universitas di Surabaya yang sudah bekerja (r= 0.46, p= 0.000; p<0. 05). Dengan kata lain, jika skor spiritualitasnya naik, maka skor kepuasan kerja juga menjadi semakin tinggi. | en_US |
