It is served as a locus for exchanging and enhancing the knowledge to scholars and practitioners in tourism, hospitality, food science and entrepreneurship, in which they are able to publish their scholarly works twice a year (April and October). JTCE accepts the submissions of manuscripts in the field of tourism industry, tourism management, hospitality, food science and entrepreneurship. The articles which fulfilled the requirements mentioned are published in the months mentioned with the transfer of copyright to the publisher. The latter ensures proper dissemination of information under the law enforced by the Indonesian Ministry of Research and Technology / National Agency for Research and Innovation.en_US
