Work routine makes many people feeltired and exhausted. Reflexology and Massage is one of the solutions offered to have arefreshed and relaxed body.However, in this busy era, a lot of things are neglected and lack of attention inReflexology and Massage business. Those problems are small and large spaces which donot maintain the quality of cleanliness of theplace, careless massage techniques and theunhygiene of the food and beverages sold at theplace.On top of that, the facility and ambience of the place are actually the importantaspects for customers’ mental state. Therefore, sufficient facility and comfortableambience are bright solutions for the current problems in Reflexology business.Reflexology is also a merge of service, leisure and health.Based on these facts, the writer has found an idea to start a totally differentbusiness and service, whichpresent a relaxing ambience. Seiring berjalannya waktu, tempat yang digunakan sekarangtidak lagididalam ruangan rumah saja, tetapi mereka memilih untuk ketempatdengan suasana lain seperti restoran, baik dekat maupun jauh dari rumah tinggalmereka, untuk mendapatkan suasana yang baru, walaupun hanya untuk berkumpulbersama keluarga ataupun menjadi tempat dimana bisa menbicarakan bisnis.Dengan banyaknya peminat dari restoran yang digunakan untuk berbagai macamaktivitas, sebuah restoran memerlukan sebuah perubahan dalam jangka waktutertentu guna menciptakan perubahanmoodyang lebih baik untuk pengunjungyang telah menjadiloyal customeruntuk restoran tersebut. Hal inilah yangkemudian mendorong setelah dilakukan pengamatan.
