| dc.description | The problem discussed in this design is how to design a resort hotel with an ecological design concept that can help reduce carbon emissions in the construction of a hotel. In the process of building an architectural project, it is common to use materials that come from far away and leave carbon footprint. The purpose of this paper is to implement the corporate values of Font Studio into a real design project and also to design a resort hotel that has visual appeal. Furthermore, Font Studio must be able to design and to meet the needs of owners and users. The method used in the analysis discussion is to use problems that focus on ecological concepts and also the ability of the location to provide it. With the use of ecological concepts, the main use of materials will be sourced from local materials that are easy to find around the site, this material will be combined with a more modern design. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam perancangan ini adalah bagaimana mendesain sebuah hotel resort dengan konsep desain ekologi yang dapat membantu mengurangi emisi karbon dalam pembangunan sebuah hotel. Dalam proses pembangunan sebuah proyek arsitektur pada umumnya menggunakan material yang berasal dari luar daerah yang jauh dan meninggalkan jejak karbon. Tujuan dari penulisan ini yaitu mengimplementasikan value perusahaan Font Studio kedalam sebuah proyek desain yang nyata dan juga mendesain sebuah hotel resort yang memiliki daya Tarik secara visual. Selanjutnya Font Studio harus dapat mendesain dengan memenuhi kebutuhan dari pemilik dan pengguna. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembahasan analisa adalah menggunakan latar belakang masalah yang berfokus terhadap konsep ekologi dan juga kemampuan lokasi untuk menyediakannya. Dengan penggunaan konsep ekologi penggunaan utama material akan bersumber dari material lokal yang mudah untuk ditemukan disekitar lokasi, material ini akan dipadukan dengan desain yang lebih modern. | en_US |
