| dc.description | Technology is very important in today’s modern area. With the existence of a technology system, people easily do a job. UD . Subur Jaya is a distributor engaged in animal feed. This distributor has been established for over 18 years, but the recording system is still done manually. Therefore, Accounting Information System is very important to be implemented in this company because it can help to overcome the problem of recording data or financial reports, and hopefully the Accurate software implementation is able to increase sales of animal feed so it can compete with other distributors. Accurate Software has several moduls that will be used in UD. Subur Jaya namely Purchase Module (Purchase Module), Sales Module (Sales Module), and Inventory Module (Inventor y Module). Having no workflow causing UD. Subur Jaya eager to have a proper Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in order to organize business process in the company. Methodologies used are Analysis of The Needs of Company , Installation Accurate Software, Making the User Documentation, User Training, and Results Evaluation. The end result of this research is Accurate software can run well in UD. Subur Jaya . In addition, the Accurate software can meet the needs of UD. Subur Jaya, as they can see the history of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions and see the history of the goods movement. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Teknologi sangat penting di era modern saat ini. Dengan adanya sistem teknologi, manusia dengan mudah melakukan suatu pekerjaan. UD. Subur Jaya merupakan distributor yang bergerak di bidang pakan ternak. Distributor ini telah berdiri kurang lebih 18 tahun, namun sistem pencatatannya masih secara manual. Oleh karena itu , sistem informasi akuntansi sangat penting untuk diimplementasikan di perusahaan tersebut karena dapat membantu mengatasi masalah dalam pencatatan data maupun laporan keuangan, dan diharapkan implementasi perangkat lunak Accurate ini dapat membantu memajukan penjualan pakan ternak agar lebih baik saat bersaing dengan distributor yang lain. Software Accurate memiliki beberapa modul yang akan digunakan pada UD. Subur Jaya yaitu Modul Pembelian ( Purchase Module ), Modul Penjualan ( Sales Module ), dan Modul Persediaan ( Inventory Module ). Belum memiliki alur kerja yang rapi , membuat UD. Subu r Jaya ingin memiliki Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) agar dapat mengatur proses bisnis di perusahaan. Metodologi yang digunakan yaitu analisis kebutuhan perusahaan, Instalasi Software Accurate, Pembuatan Dokumentasi untuk Pengguna, Training bagi Pengguna, dan Evaluasi Hasil. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah program Accurate dapat berjalan dengan baik di perusahaan UD. Subur Jaya. Selain itu, dengan adanya sistem Accurate kebutuhan UD. Subur Jaya dapat terpenuhi yaitu dapat melihat sejarah transaksi utang maupun piutang di perusahaan, dan melihat sejarah masuk keluarnya barang. | en_US |
