| dc.description | This research aims to determine the relationship of parental and spousal supports with resilience of efficacy of stewardess at company X. This research uses qualitative research method with correlational design. The researcher uses multiple regression test and partial regression test where the multiple regression tests is used to find the correlation betweeen parental and spousal supports with resilience of efficacy, and partial regression testis used to test the relationship between two or more independent variables and dependent variables by controlling one of the independent variables. Data were gathered by using scale of parental support, spousal support, and resilience of efficacy which are adapted from Park & Kim’s research (2008). There search was conducted by gathering data from 53 female flight attendants of Company X who were chosen as samples by conducting purposive sampling technique. The first research result (H1) showed that there is a correlation between parental and spousal support with resilience of efficacy of the stewardess at company X (R=0,477:p<0,05).The second research result (H2) showed that there in no correlation between parental and support with there silience of efficacy by controlling spousal support variable to the stewardess at company X ((r=0,245;p>0,05). The third research result (H3) showed that there is positive correlation between spousal support and resilience of efficacy by controlling parental support variable to the stewardess at company X (r=0,286;p<0,05). | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan orangtua dan dukungan pasangan dengan resilience of efficacy pada pramugari di perusahaan X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan uji korelasi ganda dan parsial dimana korelasi ganda digunakan untuk melihat adanya hubungan antara dukungan orangtua dan dukungan pasangan dengan resilience of efficacy, dan uji parsial digunakan untuk menguji hubungan dua atau lebih variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat dengan mengendalikan salah satu variabel bebas. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan skala dukungan orangtua, dukungan pasangan, dan resilience of efficacy yang diadaptasi dari penelitian yang dilakukan Park & Kim (2008). Penelitian dilakukan kepada 53 orang pramugari diperusahaan X dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian yang pertama (H1) menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara dukungan orangtua dan dukungan pasangan dengan resilience of efficacy pada pramuagri diperusahaan X (R=0,477;p<0,05). Hasil penelitian kedua (H2) menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara dukungan orangtua dengan resilience of efficacy dengan mengendalikan dukungan pasangan pada pramugari diperusahaan X (r=0,245;p>0,05). Hasil peneltian ketiga (H3) menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara dukungan pasangan dengan resilience of efficacy dengan mengendalikan dukungan orangtua pada pramugari di perusahaan X (r=0,286;p<0,05). | en_US |
