| dc.description | Dance is one of the hobbies that are in demand. But the public still have the view that if the men entered the dance world then there is a suspicion that he was a homosexual. In Indonesia there are also several dance community. Members in the community is mixed. Of ethnicity, personality, behavior to sexual orientation. Sikpa everyone to the diversity of sexual orientation are not the same. This is due to their knowledge of the diversity of sexual orientation. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes related to sexual orientation diversity on the X dance community in Surabaya. This study used quantitative research methods. The independent variable in this study is the knowledge of the diversity of sexual orientation, while the dependent variable is related to the attitude of the diversity of sexual orientation. The population in this study are members of the dance community in Surabaya X aged 18 - 25 and have joined the dance community X for three months. Samples were taken in accordance with the number of population. This approach is said to be the total study population. Measuring instruments used are divided into two, namely the knowledge of measuring instruments and measuring devices attitudes The results of this study indicate that there is no relationship between knowledge and attitudes of sexual orientation diversity in the dance community in Surabaya X (r = 0.251,> 0.05). This is due to the discontinuity between the concepts studied with questionnaires used. From the results of data collection, the majority of respondents have a moderate level of knowledge that will be the diversity of sexual orientation and have a neutral attitude related to sexual orientation diversity. Other factors thought to affect the results of this study is the social environment, perceived environment, the effects of familiarity and the effects of validity, and disconnections between the title with a questionnaire. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Dance adalah salah satu hobi yang sedang diminati. Tetapi masyarakat luas masih mempunyai pandangan bahwa apabila laki-laki masuk dalam dunia tari maka ada kecurigaan kalau dia homoseksual. Di Indonesia juga terdapat beberapa komunitas dance . Anggota di dalam komunitas tersebut bermacam-macam. Dari suku, kepribadian, perilaku sampai orientasi seksual. Sikpa setiap orang terhadap keberagaman orientasi seksual tidak sama. Hal ini disebabkan pengetahuan mereka tentang keragaman orientasi seksual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap terkait keberagaman orientasi seksual pada komunitas dance X di Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan tentang keberagaman orientasi seksual, sedangkan variabel tergantungnya adalah sikap terkait keberagaman orientasi seksual. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota komunitas dance X di Surabaya yang berusia 18 – 25 dan telah bergabung dengan komunitas dance X selama tiga bulan. Sampel diambil sesuai dengan jumlah populasi. Pendekatan ini dikatakan total population study . Alat ukur yang digunakan terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu alat ukur pengetahuan dan alat ukur sikap Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap keberagaman orientasi seksual pada komunitas dance X di Surabaya (r = 0,251, > 0,05). Hal ini disebabkan adanya ketidaksinambungan antara konsep yang diteliti dengan kuesioner yang digunakan. Dari hasil pengambilan data, sebagian besar responden mempunyai tingkat pengetahuan yang sedang akan keberagaman orientasi seksual dan mempunyai sikap yang netral terkait keberagaman orientasi seksual. Faktor lain yang diduga me mpengaruhi hasil penelitian ini adalah lingkungan sosial, lingkungan yang dirasakan, efek familiaritas dan efek validitas, dan ketidaksinambungan antara judul dengan kuesioner. | en_US |
