| dc.description | In the process of buying products in hypermarket that are just showing examples of product, customer tends to confusion to see details of the product that they want to purchase. Lack of information makes customers busy in looking for employees to ask about the details of product. The purpose of this research is to create a front end mobile application and network infrastructure for developing a system that increase customer convienience shopping in hypermarket retail business. This application has a feature which can scan qr code of products.This feature thus enable user to see product’s details such as id, name, dimensions, quantity, color, price, and images of products. User may add their preffered product to shopping cart. This shopping cart is fully connected to the store’s database. So, when users decide to do payment, all they need to do is to push one button to show transcation id to cashier. This process is faster than the conventional process on cashier. Design of infrastructure used for this system is star topology, where each program costumer and cashie must be connected to a wi fi router that has been provided by the hypermarket. This software has been developed and tested to 20 respondents who said that they did not have trouble in using this software. | en_US | 
| dc.description.abstract | Dalam proses membeli produk di toko-toko besar yang hanya menampilkan contoh barang. Pelanggan kebingungan untuk melihat detil barang yang akan dibeli. Kurangnya informasi membuat pelanggan sibuk mencari pegawai untuk bertanya mengenai detil barang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat rancang bangun front end dan infrastruktur jaringan untuk sistem yang meningkatkan kenyamanan customer berbelanja di bisnis retail hypermarket. Aplikasi ini mempunyai fitur scan barcode dimana terdapat qr- code di masing- masing barang untuk di scan dan dapat melihat detil barang seperti id, nama, dimensi, jumlah, warna, harga, dan gambar barang. Aplikasi ini juga mempunyai fitur checkout yang cepat. Desain infrastruktur menggunakan jenis topologi star dimana setiap pelanggan dan program kasir harus terkoneksi dengan router yang telah disediakan oleh hypermarket . Aplikasi ini bernama Virtual Shopping Cart . Perangkat lunak ini telah di implementasikan dan di uji terhadap 20 responden yang mengatakan bahwa responden tidak mengalami kesulitan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak ini. | en_US |
