| dc.description | Psychological tests are an important factor to determine a person’s profile . Entrepreneurial Competency Mapping (ECM) is a series of tests used to determine the psychological aspect which is used by the Universitas Ciputra. Entrepreneurial Competency Mapping (ECM) is still using the manual method that uses a lot of paper and energy tester. The Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) is a test to determine a person's personality. Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory consists of 566 questions. Answer options of this problem is the (+) or (-) wherein each answer selected to represent true or false. Problem solving methodology begins with studying the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory test. The next stage is to create a database and user interface design. Then proceed with programming, testing and evaluation. Result of discussion and implementation, the program can be run smoothly but, the results obtained have not been able to meet the final test results Entrepreneurial Competency Mapping. Therefore, it will continue to develop the application at a later time. | dc.description.abstract | Tes Psikologi adalah faktor penting untuk mengetahui profil dir i dari seseorang. Entrepreneurial Competency Mapping (ECM) adalah serangkaian test yang digunakan untuk mengetahui aspek psikologis yang digunakan oleh Universit as Ciputra. Tes Entrepreneurial Competency Mapping (ECM) ini, masih menggunakan cara manual dimana menggunakan banyak kertas dan tenaga tester . Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) adalah sebuah tes untuk mengetahui kepribadian seseorang. Tes MMPI ini terdiri dari 566 Soal. Pilihan jawaban dari soal ini adalah (+) atau (-) dimana setiap jawaban y ang dipilih merepresentasikan true atau false. Metodologi penyelesaian masalah yang digunakan dimulai dengan m empelajari tes Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory . Tahapan selanjutnya adalah membuat design database dan user interface . Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan program, pengujian dan evaluasi. Dari hasil penerapan dan diskusi, progr am dapat dijalankan dengan lancer tetapi, hasil yang didapat belum bisa memenuhi ha sil akhir tes Entrepreneurial Competency Mapping. Oleh sebab itu, hal ini akan dilanjutkan untuk pengembangan aplikasi di kemudian hari. Dengan permasalahan yan g ada, diharapkan aplikasi ini dapat mengefisiensikan tes Entrepreneurial Competency Mapping (ECM) dari segi biaya dan segi waktu. | en_US |
