| dc.description | The final project entitled "Architectural Bro Sist Cafe Design Using a Sense Of Place Approach by VAW ARCHITECT Consultants" contains the business design of the interior architect consulting firm VAW Architect, VAW Architect offers services with the value of designing a comfortable place and atmosphere using a sense of place approach by designing vocal points that attract visitors give rise to a sense of connection between humans and the place that is able to make visitors willing to stay for a long time, and get the meaning of having a sense of belonging to the place, which can increase the value of the company and client projects. The selection of this value is based on the analysis conducted by the author in this report. The analysis is based on such as the design of the place which has not represented the place, does not convey the identity of the place, the room does not have a ventilation system, poor lighting, and other problems so that VAW Architect is here to solve and overcome these problems.
This book contains analysis, strategy, goals and the final project design process using a sense of place approach. VAW Architect applies this approach to the building, interior and exterior of the project. This sense of place approach is applied through designs that have the characteristics of place identity, elements of locality, spatial planning, exterior and interior ambience, and the materials used in the project. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Tugas akhir yang berjudul “Perancangan Architecture Bro Sist Cafe Dengan Pendekatan Sense Of Place Oleh Konsultan VAW ARCHITECT” berisi tentang rancangan usaha perusahaan konsultan arsitek interior VAW Architect, VAW Architect menawarkan jasa dengan value merancang tempat dan suasana yang nyaman menggunakan pendekatan sense of place dengan merancang vocal point yang mempunyai daya tarik pengunjung menimbulkan adanya hubungan rasa antara manusia dengan tempat tersebut yang mampu membuat pengunjung rela berlama lama, dan mendapatkan makna punya rasa memiliki akan tempat tersebut, yang bisa meningkatkan nilai perusahaan maupun proyek client. Pemilihan value ini didasari oleh analisa yang dilakukan penulis dalam laporan ini. analisa tersebut didasari oleh seperti desain tempat yang belum mempresentasikan tempat tersebut, tidak mengangkat identitas tempat, ruangan yang belum memiliki sistem penghawaan, pencahayaan yang kurang baik, dan masalah lainnya sehingga VAW Architect hadir untuk menyelesaikan dan mengatasi permasalahan tersebut.
Pada buku ini terdapat Analisa, strategi, tujuan hingga proses rancangan proyek akhir dengan pendekatan sense of place. VAW Architect menerapkan pendekatan tersebut pada bangunan, interior, dan eksterior proyek. Pendekatan sense of place ini di terapkan melalui desain yang mempunyai ciri khas identitas tempat, unsur lokalitas tempat, penataan ruang, ambience eksterior dan interior, serta material yang di gunakan dalam proyek. | en_US |
