| dc.description | One of the businesses that is growing very rapidly in Indonesia is bakery cafe, where many people, especially young people, often take their time to visit a cafe with the aim of relaxing or doing their activities such as doing something. Especially in the city of Banyuwangi which is famous for its tourism sector, especially in the field of culinary business such as cafes. In opening this business, it is not uncommon to find competitors who are increasing day by day. Competitors will definitely compete to be able to attract the attention of consumers, therefore there are things that must be done such as providing the best service, providing quality products, providing complete facilities, etc. The business that will be run is Daily Bread bakery cafe located in Banyuwangi. The design of Daily Bread will use the deepening of Sense of Place which raises the locality value of Banyuwangi city such as Indische combined with Peranakan. One of the things by raising the value of locality is to raise the cultural value of the city of Banyuwangi because in this day and age there are still many people who are increasingly less knowledgeable about cultures and even tend to have left many cultures. | dc.description.abstract | Salah satu bisnis yang cukup berkembang dengan sangat pesat di Indonesia yaitu bakery cafe, dimana banyak masyarakat terutama anak muda yang tidak jarang selalu meluangkan waktu mereka untuk mengunjungi suatu cafe dengan tujuan bersantai maupun melakukan aktivitas mereka seperti mengerjakan sesuatu. Khususnya di kota Banyuwangi yang terkenal dengan sektor pariwisatanya terutama di bidang bisnis kuliner seperti cafe. Dalam membuka bisnis tersebut pasti tidak jarang ditemukan adanya para kompetitor yang semakin hari bertambah. Para kompetitor pasti akan berlomba untuk dapat menarik perhatian para konsumen maka dari itu adapun hal yang harus dilakukan seperti memberikan pelayanan terbaik, menyediakan produk berkualitas, menyediakan fasilitas lengkap, dll. Bisnis yang akan dijalankan yaitu Daily Bread bakery cafe yang terletak di Banyuwangi. Perancangan Daily Bread akan menggunakan pendalaman Sense of Place yang mengangkat nilai lokalitas dari kota Banyuwangi seperti Indische yang dipadukan dengan Peranakan. Salah satu hal dengan mengangkat nilai lokalitas yaitu ingin menaikkan nilai budaya dari kota Banyuwangi karena di zaman sekarang ini masih banyak masyarakat yang semakin kurang pengetahuannya akan budaya-budaya dan bahkan cenderung sudah banyak yang meninggalkan budaya-budaya. Di lain sisi juga bertujuan menaikkan sektor pariwisata yang ada di Banyuwangi terutama di bidang bisnis kuliner. | en_US |
