dc.descriptionThe final project entitled “ THE DESIGN OF DEPARTMENT STORE WITH BEHAVIOURAL ARCHITECTURE APPROACH BY AERI ATELIER INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE CONSULTANT “ contains a business plan about an interior architecture design consultant that specializes in behavioral architecture. Based on problems in line with the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, many consumers are now switching from offline shopping at department stores to online shopping in e commerce from home. This causes the economic development of department stores to be increasingly threatened and their number to decrease. The author hopes that this department store design project can not only provide facilities for direct shopping, but also as a leisure facility that can affect the well-being and consumer behavior of visitors and be able to increase customer buying behavior. In this Business Plan, there are analysis, strategies and objectives regarding interior architecture business design with behavioral architecture approach. Aeri Atelier will apply this approach to buildings and spaces that are designed and provide benefits for room users. With the value offered by Aeri Atelier, the owner of Rosa Fashion Department Store aggreed to create an environment that supports the positive well-being of building users. The design approach of Behavioral Architecture is applied through spatial planning, room and building ambience, and the materials used.en_US
dc.description.abstractTugas akhir yang berjudul “PERANCANGAN PROYEK DEPARTMENT STORE DENGAN PENDALAMAN BEHAVIOURAL ARCHITECTURE OLEH KONSULTAN ARSITEKTUR INTERIOR AERI ATELIER” berisi tentang rancangan bisnis yang berspesialisasi pada behavioural architecture dalam merancang sebuah bangunan. Hal ini didasari oleh adanya permasalahan sejalan dengan merebaknya pandemi Covid-19, banyak konsumen sekarang beralih dari belanja secara offline di department store ke online shopping di e-commerce dari rumah. Hal ini menyebabkan perkembangan perekonomian department store semakin terancam dan jumlahnya berkurang. Penulis berharap proyek rancangan department store ini tidak hanya dapat menyediakan fasilitas untuk berbelanja secara langsung, tetapi juga sebagai sarana leisure yang dapat mempengaruhi well-being dan consumer behaviour pengunjung serta mampu meningkatkan customer buying behavior. Pada Business Plan ini terdapat analisa, strategi dan tujuan tentang perancangan bisnis arsitektur interior dengan pendalaman behavioural architecture. Aeri Atelier akan menerapkan pendalaman tersebut pada ruangan yang didesain dan memberikan manfaat untuk pengguna ruangan. Dengan value yang ditawarkan oleh Aeri Atelier, pemilik dari Rosa Department Store melihat bahwa terdapat persamaan tujuan yaitu ingin menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung positive well-being pengguna bangunan. Pendalaman Behavioural Architecture diterapkan melalui penataan ruang, ambience ruang dan bangunan, serta material yang digunakan.en_US
