The number of car communities that gather in Batu City is the background for the establishment of the Hillstone Automotive Community Center. Through a passive design approach applied to the mass arrangement and the addition of design elements, natural light and natural air can be maximally incorporated into the building and at the same time can minimize the amount of heat entering it. The data collection methods used are through surveys, observations, literature studies, and case studies. Data processing is carried out starting from site analysis, spatial analysis, until the concept of the design is formed. The result of this design is the architecture of the Hillstone Automotive Community Center which applies passive design principles that are able to maximize natural light and air with the aim of saving energy and reducing operational costs. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Lumiere Studio merupakan perusahaan konsultan arsitektur interior di Kota Surabaya yang berdiri sejak tahun 2023 dengan kelebihan berupa perhatian terhadap detail. Detail yang dimaksud disini meliputi elemen-elemen dalam desain arsitektur.
Banyaknya komunitas mobil yang melakukan gathering di Kota Batu melatarbelakangi didirikannya Hillstone Automotive Community Center. Melalui pendekatan desain pasif yang diaplikasikan pada penataan massa dan penambahan elemen desain, cahaya alami dan udara alami bisa dimasukkan secara maksimal ke dalam bangunan serta dalam waktu bersamaan dapat meminimalisasi jumlah bahang yang masuk ke dalamnya. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui survei, observasi, studi literatur, dan studi kasus. Pengolahan data dilakukan mulai dari analisis tapak, analisis spasial, hingga terbentuk konsep dari perancangannya. Hasil dari perancangan ini berupa arsitektur dari Hillstone Automotive Community Center yang mengaplikasikan prinsip desain pasif yang mampu memaksimalkan cahaya dan udara alami dengan tujuan menghemat energi dan menekan biaya operasional. | en_US |
