| dc.description | The laundry industry has had a lot of development in Indonesia, there are no exact figures on the number of retail laundry in Indonesia, based on the website of the Indonesian Laundry Association, there were 2115 official members and 20873 members in the Facebook social media group. Every business certainly has problems, including what happened to Tayayoo Laundry, problems generally occur in the transaction system, making transaction reports, and tracking stock. Certainly the presence of technology can help overcome these problems. So this study aims to design a web-based cashier system application. The determination of features is obtained from the results of interviews and analysis from the author, and it is found that problems can occur in registering cashiers or customer negligence in maintaining transaction notes received. The test results found that the web-based cashier system application was able to help cashier staff to make better records, and make sales transaction reports faster. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Industri laundry telah memiliki banyak perkembangan di Indonesia, tidak ada angka pasti berapa jumlah retail laundry di Indonesia, berdasarkan website Asosiasi Laundry Indonesia, didapati 2115 anggota resmi dan 20873 anggota di group sosial media Facebook. Setiap usaha tentunya memiliki masalah termasuk juga yang terjadi pada Tayayoo Laundry, permasalahan umumnya terjadi pada sistem transaksi, pembuatan laporan transaksi, dan pelacakan stok. Pastinya kehadiran teknologi bisa membantu mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi sistem kasir berbasis web. Penentuan fitur didapat dari hasil wawancara dan analisis dari penulis, dan didapati bahwa permasalahan bisa terjadi di pencatatan kasir maupun kelalaian pelanggan dalam menjaga nota transaksi yang diterima. Hasil pengujian didapati bahwa aplikasi sistem kasir berbasis web mampu membantu staff kasir untuk melakukan pencatatan lebih baik, dan pembuatan laporan transaksi penjualan lebih cepat. | en_US |
