| dc.description | The final project report entitled "Design Project of a Coworking Space in Malang Creative Center with a Sense of Place Approach by Oriane Design Consultants" contains an interior design plan for a coworking space in the Malang Creative Center which is located on A. Yani Street 53, Blimbing, Malang, East Java 65118. This project is a final project made as a graduation requirement in the Department of Interior Architecture, Ciputra University, Surabaya. This project is also part of the Oriane Design portfolio. Malang Creative Center is a multipurpose building managed by the Malang City government which functions as a forum for the creative economy community in Malang City. Unfortunately, at the start of the launch, this building is known for its slightly unfavorable image due to cases such as the placement of toilets without partitions and the opinion of a group of people who think that the shape of this building is similar to a Padang restaurant. Therefore, Oriane Design designed one of its facilities, namely a coworking space using a sense of place approach to show the identity of Malang City and the Malang Creative Center so that this facility has special characteristics. The goal is that this building can be recognized with a better image because it has coworking space facilities for the public with a unique design and meets user needs. The end result of this design is in the form of working drawings, 3D visualizations, and reports containing the design process. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Laporan tugas akhir dengan judul "Perancangan Proyek Coworking Space di Malang Creative Center oleh Konsultan Oriane Design" berisi tentang rancangan desain interior coworking space di Malang Creative Center yang berlokasi di Jl. A. Yanı No.53, Blimbing, Malang, Jawa Timur 65118. Proyek ını merupakan proyek tugas akhir yang dibuat sebagai syarat kelulusan di jurusan Interior Architecture Unversitas Ciputra Surabaya. Proyek ini juga menjadi portofolio darı Ornane Design. Malang Creative Center merupakan gedung serbaguna yang dikelola oleh pemerintah Kota Malang yang difungsikan sebagai wadah bagı pelaku ekonomi kreatif di Kota Malang. Sayangnya pada awal peluncuran, gedung ini justru dikenal dengan citra yang kurang baik karena adanya kasus seperti peletakan kloset tanpa sekat dan opini sekelompok orang yang beranggapan bahwa bentuk gedung ini mirip rumah makan Padang. Oleh karena itu, Oriane Design merancang salah satu fasilitasnya, yaitu coworking space dengan menggunakan pendekatan sense of place untuk menunjukkan identitas Kota Malang dan Malang Creative Center agar fasilitas ini memiliki ciri khas khusus. Tujuannya agar gedung ini dapat dikenal dengan citra yang lebih baik karena merailiki fasilitas coworking space untuk umum dengan desain yang unik dan memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil akhir dari perancangan ini berbentuk gambar kerja, visualisasi 3D, dan laporan yang berisi proses perancangan. | en_US |
