| dc.description | From survey, researcher found that there were two methods that are used in
Kindergarten X Surabaya. The method is rarely use in another school, such as
child centered method that combined by multiple intelligences method. The
purpose of this research is to describe about the methods in Kindegarten X
Surabaya. The used of this research for researcher is to to describe about the
methods in Kindegarten X Surabaya, and for School X is having suggestion about
the methods in there. Researcher use qualitative method and triangulation to
analysize data, which is compairing all the informations from all subjects to make
good validity and realibility with interview and observation. Kindergarten X used
two methods to teach their students. The result are learning method in there is to
create children with entrepreneur’s charactrer, there are two methods such as
child centered and multiple intelligences. There was difference to practice
multiple intelligences. Suggestion for School X, school can provide mentor who
can responsible with multile intelligences method. For teachers, teachers can add
information about multiple intelligences with many sources and they can ask to
school if they don’t understand or confuse with multiple intelligences method. | en_US | 
| dc.description.abstract | Berdasarkan hasil survei di lapangan, peneliti menemukan terdapat dua metode
yang diterapkan di TK X Surabaya. Metode ini berbeda dengan sekolah lainnya,
yaitu metode child centered dan multiple intelligences. Penelitian ini bertujuan
untuk menggambarkan metode yang diterapkan di TK X Surabaya. Manfaat dari
penelitian ini bagi peneliti adalah peneliti menggambarkan metode yang
diterapkan di TK X Surabaya dan bagi pihak sekolah dapat memberikan saran
tentang gambaran metode yang diterapkan di TK X Surabaya. Metode penelitian
data yang dipakai oleh peneliti adalah metode kualitatif dengan triangulasi data
antar informan dengan interview dan observasi. Pembelajaran di TK X dilakukan
melalui dua metode pembelajaran. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tujuan pembelajaran
di Sekolah X adalah menghasilkan siswa yang memiliki karakter
entrepreneurship serta mampu menghadapi tantangan global abad 21 dan metode
pembelajaran di Sekolah X dirancang dan mengacu pada metode multiple
intelligences dan child centered. Terdapat perbedaan dalam pelaksanaan metode
multiple intelligences. Disarankan kepada pihak sekolah untuk memberikan
pelatihan dengan menyediakan mentor sehingga dapat memantau penerapan
metode multiple intelligences. Bagi pihak guru, guru dapat menambah wawasan
tentang metode multiple intelligences dari berbagai macam sumber lainnya dan
dapat bertanya pada pihak sekolah apabila menemukan kesulitan maupun
pertanyaan seputar metode multiple intelligences. | en_US |
