| dc.description | Image Offset Printing Company is running on printing offset business. Image Offset Printing Company still using Microsoft Excel to record financial performance, so that it can be considered as traditional style on recording and processing data. With manual style on recording financial data, company is often get trouble on processing financial data monthly. Image Offset Printing Company have desire to implement Accounting Information System using Accurate Software in order to be able to record and produce financial report easier and accurately every month. Accurate Software has several module that will be used on Image Offset Printing Company, those are General Ledger, Cash Bank Module, Purchase Module, Sales Module, Inventory Module and Fixed Asset Module. Accurate Software will be used by Manager and Department of Financial. Manager will use Purchase Module and Inventory Module, meanwhile Department of Financial will use General Ledger, Cash Bank Module and Sales Module. Beside that, the workflow of Image Offset Printing Company is still unclear, because of that reason, the Owner want to apply Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in purpose to be able to arrange and supervise the workflow of production and business inside company are orderly. The research will be conducted with Analysis of Company needs Methodology, Accurate Software Installation, Input of Company Data to Accurate Software, Testing section about the Software, Documenting for users, Training for users and Report of Evaluation. The result of implementing Accounting Information System on Image Offset Printing Company could functioned very well, needs of logging finance and report of finance can be fulfilled using Accurate Software, business process inside company can functioned smoothly and in order with the existence of Standart Operating Procedure (SOP). | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Perusahaan Percetakan Image Offset bergerak pada bidang bisnis percetakan offset. Perusahaan Percetakan Image Offset masih mencatat keuangan menggunakan excel sehingga pencatatan dan pengolahan data keuangan masih manual. Dengan pencatatan keuangan yang masih manual perusahaan sering merasa kesulitan dalam mengolah data keuangan setiap bulanya. Perusahaan Percetakan Image Offset ingin melakukan implementasi sistem informasi akuntansi dengan menggunakan Software Accurate agar dapat mencatat dan menghasilkan pelaporan keuangan setiap bulanya dengan lebih praktis dan akurat. Software Accurate memiliki memiliki beberapa modul yang akan digunakan pada Perusahaan Percetakan Image Offset yaitu Modul Buku Besar (General Ledger), Modul Kas Bank (Cash Bank Module), Modul Pembelian (Purchase Module), Modul Penjualan (Sales Module), Modul Persediaan (Inventory Module) dan Modul Aktiva Tetap (Fixed Asset Module). Software Accurate akan digunakan oleh Manager dan Keuangan perusahaan. Manager menggunakan Modul Pembelian (Purchase Module) dan Modul Persediaan (Inventory Module). Keuangan akan menggunakan Modul Buku Besar (General Ledger), Modul Kas Bank (Cash Bank Module), Modul Penjualan (Sales Module). Di dalam Perusahaan Percetakan Image Offset belum ada alur kerja yang tertata rapi sehingga Owner perusahaan ingin memiliki Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) agar dapat mengatur dan melihat jalannya alur proses produksi dan bisnis di dalam perusahaan secara teratur dan rapi. Penelitian akan dilakukan dengan Metodologi analisis kebutuhan perusahaan, Instalasi Software Accurate, Input Data perusahaan ke dalam Software Accurate, Testing Software yang sudah terimplementasi, Pembuatan dokumentasi untuk pengguna, Sesi Training untuk pengguna, Evaluasi hasil. Hasil dari implementasi sistem informasi akuntansi di Perusahaan Percetakan Image Offset dapat berjalan baik, kebutuhan pencatatan keuangan dan pelaporan keuangan setiap bulanya dapat terpenuhi dengan menggunakan Software Accurate, proses bisnis dalam perusahaan dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan teratur dengan adanya Standart Operating Procedure (SOP). | en_US |
