| dc.description | This study aims to know the correlation between family support, supervisor
support, coworker support, and resilience of efficacy of SEN (Special Educational
Needs) teachers in Surabaya. The population of this study is SEN teachers from
accredited SLB in Surabaya. Total population study is used in this study (n=94).
Social support and resilience of efficacy scale from Park and Kim (2008) which is
adapted by Park and Kim’s colleague in Indonesia was used to measure social
support and resilience efficacy. Social support scale was modified and suited to
the purpose of this research. The data were analyzed in multiple and partial
correlation using SPSS 22. There is a positive and significant correlation between
family support, supervisor support, and coworker support with SEN teachers’
resilience of efficacy (R=0,695; p<0,05). Family support, supervisor support, and
coworker support give effective contribution to resilience of efficacy as much as
48% (R²=0,483). There is also a positive and significant correlation between
family support and SEN teachers’ resilience of efficacy by controlling supervisor
support and coworker support (r=0,257; p<0,05); positive correlation between
supervisor support and SEN teachers’ resilience of efficacy by controlling family
support and coworker support (r=0,215; p<0,05); and positive correlation between
coworker support and SEN teachers’ resilience of efficacy by controlling
supervisor support and family support (r=0,219; p<0,05). The results of multiple
and partial correlation test in this study indicate that the correlation between
family support, supervisor support, coworker support, and resilience of efficacy is
stronger when the social support from those three resources are given together. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara dukungan sosial keluarga,
supervisor, dan rekan kerja dengan resilience of efficacy guru SLB di Surabaya.
Populasi penelitian adalah guru dari SLB yang telah terakreditasi di Surabaya.
Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik total population study (n=94)
berdasarkan data akreditasi SLB dari situs Badan Akreditasi Nasional
Sekolah/Madrasah (BAN S/M). Alat ukur dukungan sosial dan resilience of
efficacy merupakan skala yang dikembangkan oleh Park dan Kim (2008) dan
diadaptasi oleh rekanan Park dan Kim di Indonesia. Skala dukungan sosial
dimodifikasi agar sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Analisa data dilakukan
menggunakan uji korelasi ganda dan korelasi parsial dengan bantuan SPSS 22.
Hasil uji korelasi ganda menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan
antara dukungan sosial keluarga, supervisor, dan rekan kerja secara bersama-sama
dengan resilience of efficacy guru SLB (R=0,695; p<0,05). Dukungan keluarga,
supervisor, dan rekan kerja memberikan kontribusi efektif sebesar 48%
(R²=0,483) bagi resilience of efficacy subyek pada penelitian ini. Hasil uji korelasi
parsial menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara dukungan
sosial keluarga dengan resilience of efficacy guru SLB dengan mengendalikan
dukungan sosial supervisor dan rekan kerja (r=0,257; p<0,05); hubungan positif
yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial supervisor dengan resilience of efficacy
guru SLB dengan mengendalikan dukungan sosial keluarga dan rekan kerja
(r=0,215; p<0,05); serta hubungan positif yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial
rekan kerja dengan resilience of efficacy guru SLB dengan mengendalikan
dukungan sosial supervisor dan keluarga (r=0,219; p<0,05). Hasil uji korelasi
menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara dukungan sosial keluarga, supervisor, dan
rekan kerja dengan resilience of efficacy guru SLB lebih kuat ketika diberikan
