dc.descriptionPublic school have it own procedure because it is owned by government. But Private school is owned by certain institution and also have their own regulation. They both have their own value and different quality. For further competition, we need to increase their worker’s quality, in this case the teacher. Intrapreneurship may be the answer of that. Intrapreneurship may increase their work quality and any other aspect. Intrapreneurship also can increase one’s quality of life as well. Previous research have proved about Intrapreneurship based on their intrinsic and extrinsic motives. But researcher haven’t found any single research that measured the levels of intrapreneurship based on the ownership status of the school. The purpose of this study is to measure how high the intrapreneurship level on the teacher at public school and private school in East Surabaya. The population is fixed teachers and civil servants in private and public schools. Researcher will use the independent sample t-test and distribute a questionnaire about intrapreneurship on them to get the data. The result showed that there is no significant difference between teacher who teach at private and public school (p-value > 0.05). There are several demographic factors that have an impact and influence the intrapreneurship level of the teachers, such as gender and working experience.en_US
dc.description.abstractSekolah negeri memiliki ciri dan tata caranya sendiri, dimana memiliki sistematika berdasarkan sistem birokrasi dari pemerintah. Sedangkan sekolah Swasta memiliki sistematika berdasarkan birokrasi yayasan itu sendiri. Keduanya memiliki nilai dan kualitas masing-masing. Dalam peningkatan daya saing, diperlukan peningkatan kualitas Intrapreneurship agar setiap guru yang mengajar mampu memberikan yang terbaik dalam menjalankan kewajibannya. Tingkatan Intrapreneurship yang tinggi, dipercaya bahwa dapat menjadi seorang yang memiliki kualitas baik. Penelitian terdahulu membuktikan mengenai Intrapreneurship yang ditinjau berdasarkan motif intrinsik dan ekstrinsik. Namun belum ada penelitian yang mengukur tingkat Intrapreneurship berdasarkan status kepemilikan sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalan untuk mengukur seberapa tinggi tingkat Intrapreneurship pada guru yang mengajar di Sekolah Negeri dan Sekolah Swasta di Surabaya Timur. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Guru tetap dan Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada sekolah Swasta dan Negeri. Peneliti akan menggunakan Independent Sample t-test dan membagikan angket Intrapreneurship pada guru tetap dan Pegawai Negeri Sipil di setiap sekolah untuk mendapatkan data. Hasil menunjukan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan signifikan Intrapreneurship antara Guru yang mengajar di Sekolah Swasta dan Negeri (p-value > 0,05). Terdapat beberapa faktor demografis yang memberikan dampak dan pengaruh pada tingkat Intrapreneurship pada guru, yakni Faktor Jenis Kelamin, Lama Bekerja dan Level Sekolah.en_US
