| dc.description | Diabetes me l litus (DM) is metabolic disorder characterized by an increase of blood glucose due to impaired insulin secretion. One of the complications that can happen is diabetic nephropathy as a triggering factor for end - stage renal failure. To prevent the complication, examination of kidney function (urea and creatinine) and glomerular filtration rate need to be done. PROLANIS is a program from Ministry of Health for preventing complications so that DM patients get a better life quality. This research aims to analyze the effect of PROLANIS activities on urea and creatinine as indicators of kidney function in DM patients at Ma de Heal th Center and Simomulyo Health Center which were monitored for three months. The type of research used in this research is experimental research by giving treatment to the research subject with a prospective research flow. Sampling technique used in this research is by using total sampling of DM patients who took PROLANIS and included in the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. The data were analyzed using paired T test and Wilcoxon signed rank test. The comparative test showed a value (p=>0.05) at the Made Health Center, which means that there was no significant difference in the examination of kidney function (urea and creatinine) in PROLANIS activities before and after being monitored for 3 months. The results of the comparison test at Simomulyo Health Center showed a value (p=<0.05), which means that there is a significant difference in the examination of kidney function (urea and creatinine) in PROLANIS activities before and after being monitored for 3 months | en_US |
| en_US |
