| dc.description | Directory Mapping is an alternative to improve the service given by the building owner to their customers. There are benefits for the building owner, such as being able to get customer’s complaints and feedback s, hence improve their services furthermore. For the customers, they benefit from the information they are able to access and should they have any complaints, they are able to send them out. With the Directory Mapping visitors can find more information about specific tenants. The building owner can also benefit from the Directory Mapping where they can rearrange location/map of the building on their own without having the developer to do that for them. This software will be based on Adobe flash and as for the design process, Adobe Photoshop will be u sed. The target of Directory Mapping application is to be able to give better ser vice for the building’s visitor. With the coord ination with the building owner, financial gain will be acquired from the tenants who maps their location on Directory Mapping | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Directory Mapping merupakan salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan pelayanan pihak pengelola gedung kepada konsumennya , keuntungan bagi pihak pengelola gedung adalah, mereka dapat mengetahui keluhan dan saran pengunjungnya, dan juga meningkatkan pelayanan yang diberikan kepada konsumen. Keuntungan dari sisi konsumen/pengunjung adalah mereka dapat mencari informasi yang me reka butuhkan, dan juga mereka dapat memberikan aspirasi mereka. Dengan adanya Directory Mapping pengunjung dapat mengetahui informasi lebih banyak akan tempat yang akan dituju. Pengelola gedung sendiri dapat memperoleh keuntungan pada waktu menggunakan Directory Mapping dimana mereka dapat mengganti letak/ mapping gedung tanpa memerlukan bantuan dari developer jika suatu saat terjadi perubahan tata letak. Software ini akan dibuat berbasis flash, dan proses des ign menggunakan Adobe Photoshop .
