| dc.description | ABSTRACT Java Island is an island that has a numerous tourism cities and most densely populated in Indonesia. On the island of Java, there are also many kinds of information about the location of public faciliti es that people do not know where to eat, tourist spots, hospitals, etc. Number of public facilities that exist in Java often make people confused to choose. Therefore the author wants to provide that information that the boxed into a mobile application th at runs on Android Operating System (OS), the reason why author chooses the Android platform is because it is an open source Operating System, and has a better display than the Blackberry, while for the iphone, its market is only upper middle class, besides, the Android itself is an open source Op erating System that does not need to spend a lot of money to make the application. Problem statement of this research is design, manufacture, and implement information portal system of public facilities in tourism cities in Java island using the Java progr amming language on the Android operating system? The method used in the design and development of this Portal is survey that are carried out on the Java communities who know only public facilities in Java surrounding areas. Survey conducted to seek public facilities on the island of Java also in terms of categorizing public facilities. The purpose of this thesis is to design, development and implement the information portal using Java programming language on the Android operating system. Therefore, the auth or hopes to successfully design, development and implement this information onto the A ndroid Operating System, so that it can provide solutions to facilitate people in finding information of the cities that exist in Java island. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRAK Pulau Jawa merupakan pulau yang memiliki kota pariwisata yang paling banyak dan penduduknya paling padat di Indonesia. Di pulau Jawajuga terdapat berbagai macam informasi tentang lokasi fasilitas publik yang belum kita ketahui seperti tempat makan, tempat wisata, rumah sakit, dll. Banyaknya fasilitas publik yang ada di pulau Jawa sering kali membuat orang bingung untuk memilih. Untuk itu penulis berusaha untuk menyediakan informasi - informasi itu secara ringkas yang di kemas ke dalam sebuah mobile applicatio n yang berjalan di atas Operating System (OS) Android. Alasan penulis memilih platform mobile phone Android adalah smartphone ini open source, dan memiliki tampilan yang lebih bagus dibanding Blackberry, sedangkan untuk iphone, pasarnya hanya kalangan menen gah ke atas, sedangkanAndroid sendiri adalah open source yang tidak perlu mengeluarkan biaya besar untuk membuat applikasinya.Sehingga perumusan masalah untuk tugas akhir ini adalah Bagaimana perancangan, pembuatan, dan implementasi sistem portal informasi fasilitas publik di kota - kota Pariwisata Pulau Jawa menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java pada sistem operasi Android? Metode yang dipakai untuk pembuatan Portal ini adalah survei yang dilakukan terhadap sebagian dari masyarakat Pulau Jawa hanya mengenal fa silitas publik yang ada di sekitar daerahnya. Survei ini dilakukan untuk mencari fasilitas publik di pulau Jawa juga dalam hal mengkategorikan fasilitas publik. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah membuat dan mengimplementasikan portal informasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman java pada sistem operasi Android.Oleh karena itu harapan penulis adalah berhasil membuat dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi ini ke dalam Android, sehingga dapat memberikan solusi untuk mempermudah kita dalam mencari sebuah informa si dari kota - kota yang ada di Pulau Jawa | en_US |
