| dc.description | The hospitality industry is one of the types of businesses that continue to exist and evolve constantly. This effort would require development over time. One of them is the implementation of information systems and information technology in the process of operation. Application of this course requires supervision in the form of an audit. The purpose of this study was to determine the guideline-based information systems audit C OB I T F ramework 4.1 uses the domain "Delivery and Support" is needed in the hospitality industry with a case study of a four star hotel. Research methods used by the author to conduct library research by collecting data is through the study of literature information C OBI T F ramework 4.1. In addition, researchers also conducted a survey using interviews and observations. The results achieved from this research is to identify the weaknesses that have been audited in accordance with the domain based on C OBI T F ramework 4.1. After doing produce audit reports, then this report will be given to the hotel to be a guideline of weakness anywhere in the hotel. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Industri perhotelan merupakan salah satu jenis usaha yang terus selalu ada dan juga berkembang. Usaha ini tentu memerlukan pengembangan dari waktu ke waktu. Salah satunya adalah dengan diterapkannya sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi dalam proses operasinya. Penerapan hal ini tentu saja membutuhkan pengawasan yang baik berupa audit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini, adalah untuk mengetahui pedoman audit sistem informasi berbasis Framework C OBI T 4.1 menggunakan domain “Delivery and Support” yang dibutuhkan pada industri perhotelan dengan studi kasus hotel bintang empat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis untuk melakukan penelitian kepustakaan adalah dengan cara mengumpulkan data informasi melalui studi literatur Framework C OBI T 4.1, selain itu peneliti juga melakukan survei dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dan juga observasi. Hasil yang dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelemahan yang telah di audit sesuai dengan domain berdasarkan Framework C OB I T 4.1, setelah menghasilkan laporan audit, laporan tersebut akan akan diberikan kepada pihak hotel untuk menjadi pedoman dimana saja yang menjadi kelemahan didalam hotel tersebut | en_US |
