| dc.description | One form of embodiment of the implementation of health services which has demands to improve health services so that they become more qualified and affordable by the community so that the degree of health is on a high scale is a hospital. The quality of health services will have an impact on patient satisfaction and patient satisfaction will have an impact on patient loyalty. Knowing the relationship between service quality reviewed through comprehensive services to patient satisfaction and knowing the relationship between satisfaction and patient loyalty at Mojowarno Christian Hospital is the goal of this study. The research sample taken was 110 respondents from all polyclinics at Mojowarno Christian Hospital using a systematic random sampling technique. It appears that as many as 58 people (52.7%) felt that comprehensive services at Mojowarno Christian Hospital were good, for the level of self-satisfaction, as many as 62 respondents stated that services at Mojowarno Christian Hospital could be said to be in the satisfactory category (56.4%), and for the level of loyalty itself as many as 64 respondents can be said to be loyal (58.2%). This study found a relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction (p <0.05) and there was also a relationship between satisfaction and patient loyalty at Mojowarno Christian Hospital (p <0.05). | dc.description.abstract | Salah satu bentuk perwujudan penyelenggaraan layanan kesehatan yang memiliki tuntutan untuk meningkatkan layanan kesehatan agar menjadi lebih bermutu dan terjangkau oleh masyarakat agar derajat kesehatan berskala tinggi adalah rumah sakit. Kualitas layanan kesehatan akan berdampak pada kepuasan pasien dan kepuasan pasien akan berdampak pada loyalitas pasien. Mengetahui hubungan antara kulaitas layanan yang ditinjau melalui layanan komprehensif terhadap kepuasan pasien dan megetahui hubungan antara kepuasan terhadap loyalitas pasien di Rumah Sakit Kristen Mojowarno adalah tujuan dari penelitian ini. Sampel penelitian yang diambil berjumlah 110 jawaban rsponden dari seluruh poli di Rumah Sakit Kristen Mojowarno dengan teknik systematic random sampling. Tampak sebanyak 58 orang (52,7 %) merasa bahwa layanan komprehesif di Rumah Sakit Kristen Mojowarno sudah baik, untuk tingkat kepuasan sendiri, sebanyak 62 responden menyatakan bahwa pelayanan di Rumah Sakit Kristen Mojowarno dapat dikatakan dalam kategori memuaskan (56,4%), dan untuk tingkat loyalitas sendiri sebanyak 64 responden dapat dikatakan loyal (58,2%). Dari penelitian ini ditemukan tehadap hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien (p <0.05) serta terdapat hubungan pula antara tingkat kepuasan dengan tingkat loyalitas pasien di Rumah Sakit Kristen Mojowarno (p <0.05). Layanan komprehensif mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan dan loyalitas pasien di Rumah Sakit Kristen Mojowarno. | en_US |
