ANALISIS MANFAAT COACHING KEWIRAUSAHAAN DALAM PROGRAM PENGABDIAN MASYARAKAT DESA MOJOWARNO

Abstract

Social Ministry defines an independent prosperous village is the village where people have selfreliance, participation and social solidarity are high to meet the basic needs and develop sustainable livelihoods and create added value for rural productivity. Village self good enough aims to reduce the number of poor people in Indonesia with entrepreneurship coaching techniques focus on the five contexts: listening, intuition, curiosity, forward and deepen and self-control. The method used is descriptive method of qualitative research where the object is rural districts Mutersari Mojowarno Jombang district who have followed the entrepreneurship coaching given by the University of Ciputra Surabaya. The aim of research to look at the effectiveness of the application of entrepreneurial coaching to realize Mojowarno village become self-sufficient village good enough. Validation of the results using triangulation techniques using: parisipatif observation, interview, and documentation (photos and interviews). The results showed that entrepreneurship coaching conducted by the University of Ciputra Surabaya to realize the positive impact Mojowarno villages become self-sufficient village good enough. The real proof of coaching activities rural communities that previously did not have a current business has been running the business chips banana bonggol and able to increase income per capita of any population that followed the entrepreneurship and running a business coaching chips banana bonggol.
