dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research is to find out employees’ performance at PT. Surya Pranoesa and find out the ways of improving. PT. Surya Pranoesa is the company that runs in metal maintenance field, inspection, coating and cleaning. The matter that is experienced by PT. Surya Pranoesa is the decreasing of employees’ performance in certain department that cause work productivity decreasing, so it causes unachievable target that has been set up and avoid the work. This research uses qualitative research method that uses semi structured interview as data collection method. Data that is obtained, had reduced and analysed to find out the cause of decreasing employees’ performance and find out the ways of improving employees’ performance. The result of this research is there are three aspects that improving employees’ performance, that are compensation aspect, work discipline aspect, and education & training aspect.en_US
