Eksplorasi Faktor Faktor Pendorong Keputusan Untuk Menjadi Seorang Hybrid Entrepreneur Pada Alumni Universitas Ciputra

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find factors that encourage ciputra university alumnae to become a hybrid entrepreneur. This research uses qualitative methods with semi-structured interview. Researcher uses ten Ciputra Universuty alumnaes that become a hybrid entrepreneur. The result shows that there are four factors that encourage ciputra university alumnae to become a hybrid entrepreneur. Those factors are fundings, gain experiences, parental encouragement and risk averse.
