dc.description.abstractMillennial generation is a generation that was born in 1980 until the 2000s. This millennial generation has an important role in the Indonesian economy, seeing that 35% of Indonesians are millennial and have great influence in the economy. Millenial generation tends to be consumptive and always related to technology. Emerging financial problems usually arise because of lack of knowledge and poor financial management. Knowledge and Financial Management can be seen from one's financial literacy. Someone with an accounting background, is expected to know and apply the financial literacy in everyday life. The purpose of this study is to see the effect of financial literacy on consumptive behavior on millenial generations who have an Accounting background. This research uses quantitative method with simple linear regression analysis model. Population in this research is Ciputra University student of year 2014-2016. The results of this study is the variable of financial literacy does not affect the behavior of consumer accounting university students Ciputra.en_US
