    Abstract
    This study used a qualitative method. Eight people, consumers, competitors, and marketing experts in fashion field, became the key informants of the study. Semi-structured interviews were used as a data collection technique. This study found the company lacked promotion strategies. This study recommends Ez Denim Totebag needs to try various promotional media such as social media, website, endorsement, bazaar, and radio in order to extend their sales.
