FACTORS AFFECTING ON PRODUCTIVITY PT. ANATA KARYA UTAMA IN SURABAYA

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to investigate which effect of training, work motivation, and work discipline on employee productivity of Anata Karya Utama company in Surabaya. The results shows that ihe variables of training, work motivation, and work discipline simultaneously has significanteffect to productivity (Y), because the simultaneously test (F test) with significant value = 0,001< 0, 05' Partially ( test), training, work motivation andyork discipline variable have siginficant effect to productivity, because all of t values with significant value is< 0, 05.
