This study is to investigate the relationship between student profiles to the achievement of entrepreneurship and its consequences. The first stage of the research is to find the relationship between the three main characterictics of the student profile namely creativity, intelligence and personality to the entrepreneurship achievement. The first stage was published in Antonio et al. (2013). The second stage is to study the consequences of the relationship and its influence to the entrepreneurship education. The sample of the research is Ciputra University graduates from different disciplines and different type of entrepreneurship projects, ranging from business owner to those who work in a company, from business entrepreneur to corporate entrepreneur. A thourough survey is given to the student as pre test before they begin their studies, and as post test when they graduated. It is a cross sectional study using three instruments such as Culture Free Intelligence Test (CFIT), Verbal or Figural Creativity Test, Minnesota Multiphase Personality Inventory (MMPI) Test using accidental sampling. The achievement of entrepreneurship education is observed from the entrepreneurship subjects, which are given for the consecutive six semesters during the student studies. Content analysis is used to compile all relevant data from the survey and from the University files and archives as well. Deep interviews to graduates are given as input to find the meaning of the relationship. The first stage of the research shows that there is a significant correlation between personality and entrepreneurship achievement while the relationship between the other two is not significance. The second stage of research has an aim to explore the consequences and meaning of the relationship.en_US
