ATRIBUT PRODUK ALAS KAKI PERUSAHAAN GEMILANG LIMA JAYA
Abstract
Analysis of product attributes footwear company in Gemilang Lima Jaya aims to find out
the attributes of footwear which is demanded by consumers of Gemilang Lima Jaya in accordance
with the trend, in order to find out the company deficiencies to improve and better designed for the
future. Footwear product attributes are important for the company as it impactsthe consumer
interest which affects the company's long-term sales. Analysis method used in this research is
descriptive qualitative. Data collection method used in this research is semi-structured interview.
This research is using validation of source and reliability using audit method. The result of this
research is to determine the footwear quality. Product quality is adjusted according to the market
price which is a very important decision and should be taken by the company. In determining the
features of footwear, the company may add features such as varied colors. The company cannot
impose the will to have its own signature style as the market will not necessarily accept it. The
company can follow the trend of the current design, but the design is completely revamped to become
different characters that make the new product design.
