The research objective was to determine the effect of formal education, non-formal and ethnicity on
entrepreneurial attitudes of students in private universities in Surabaya. Hopefully will be able to create new jobs,
thereby gradually be reduced and the unemployment rate of the economy will be growing in Indonesia.
The population used college student samples swastadi Surabaya and is set at 196 respondents.
Processing of the data was analyzed with multiple linear regression aided by using SPSS version 17
Results of this study found that the partial or together variables X1, X2, and X3 have a significant effect on the
variable Y. The regression model has also been tested by using the classical assumption and the results have
been declared fulfilled.
