| dc.description | During a pandemic like this, it adds to the variety of human needs for clothing, food and shelter. Especificationially since Indonesia ranks highest in active cases of Covid-19 in Southeast Asia, the government urges the implementation of social distancing and 5M (Wearing masks, Washing hands, Keeping Distance, Staying away from Crowds, and Reducing Mobility) to welcome the arrival of "New Normal". As one of the steps to support the implementation of health protocols that have proven effective is the application of personal protection, such as using hand sanitizers, frequent hand washing and also the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). This design was carried out in order to create Fashionable PPE for unisex with the Suminagashi technique. The design is in accordance with the needs of the times, which is to remain fashionable but health is also maintained during the COVID-19 pandemic. The materials used are very functional and also water repellent. This writing uses quantitative methods using primary data collection techniques and secondary data. Primary data through observation, and questionnaires. As well as secondary data through books, journals, articles, and the internet. The final result is Fashionable PPE with the Suminagashi technique for unisex aged 25-45 years, upper middle class and has an interest in fashion. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Pada saat pandemi seperti ini semakin menambah variasi kebutuhan manusia terhadap sandang, pangan dan papan. Terlebih sejak Indonesia menduduki peringkat tertinggi pada kasus aktif Covid-19 di Asia Tenggara, pemerintah menghimbau penerapan social distancing dan 5M (Memakai masker, Mencuci tangan, Menjaga Jarak, Menjauhi Kerumunan, dan Mengurangi Mobilitas) untuk menyambut kedatangan “New Normal’. Sebagai salah satu langkah untuk mendukung pelaksanaan protokol kesehatan yang sudah terbukti efektif adalah penerapan proteksi pribadi, seperti menggunakan hand sanitizer, sering mencuci tangan dan juga penggunaan APD (Alat Pelindung Diri). Perancangan ini dilakukan dalam rangka menciptakan APD Fashionable untuk unisex dengan teknik Suminagashi. Adapun perancangan ini sesuai dengan kebutuhan zaman yaitu tetap fashionable namun kesehatan juga terjada selama masa pandmei covid 19. Bahan yang digunakan sangat fungsional dan juga water repellent. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer melalui observasi, dan kuesioner. Serta data sekunder melalui buku, jurnal, artikel, dan internet. Adapun hasil akhir yaitu APD Fashionable dengan teknik Suminagashi untuk unisex berusia 25-45 tahun, kalangan menengah ke atas dan memiliki ketertarikan di bidang fesyen. | en_US |
