This study aims to determine the relationship between informational peer support and peer emotional support to the resilience of efficacy in the teacher Save Street Child Surabaya. The research used the quantitative study with a correlational design. Population and sample were teachers in Save Street Child Surabaya. The sampling technique using the total population study. A sample of 100 people. Retrieving data using a scale consisting of informational scale peer support, peer emotional support and resilience of efficacy. Scale informational peer support, peer emotional support and resilience of efficacy was adapted from the scale created by Park and Kim (2008) which is being developed by researchers in Indonesia friendships. Multiple correlation test results showed a significant correlation between the informational peer support and peer emotional support together with the resilience of efficacy (R = 0.543; p <0.05). Partial correlation test results showed a significant correlation between the informational peer support and resilience of efficacy by controlling the emotional peer support (r = 0.433; p <0.05). Partial correlation test results showed a significant negative correlation between emotional peer support and resilience of efficacy by controlling informational peer support (r = -0.234; p <0.05). It can be concluded that the informational peer support and peer emotional support when given together will increase the resilience of teacher efficacy, when administered alone informational peer support will also increase the resilience of efficacy, but it would be better if such support is given both simultaneouslyen_US
