Pedagogi Dalam Pendidikan Inovasi Dan Kewirausahaan di Perguruan Tinggi
Abstract
Innovation and entrepreneurship are the two aspects that closely related to each other. Aspects of innovation in entrepreneurship are very important to support economic activity in order to achieve economic growth. So far, Indonesia's export commodities are in the form of raw materials. If there is innovation in the processing of the raw materials, so the Indonesian export commodities in the form of finished goods, the Indonesian economy would have benefited with added value if producing and exporting finished goods.
Besides that the challenging economic times in the era of globalization is increasing the competitiveness of the product by including innovation into the products to be competitive in the global economy. Therefore, the challenge of educational institutions, especially college institutions in Indonesia today is to educate learners to become entrepreneurs who have innovators character so they may compete in the era of globalization. This paper aims to analyze the right methods of education (pedagogy) to form the character of a potential entrepreneur innovator in Indonesia in the globalization era. The analytical method used is a qualitative method approach to the study of literature. The results show that the study of literature appropriate pedagogy in education innovation and entrepreneurship is a pedagogy that combines the value of realism and idealism value. Stages that need to be considered to form the learners to become entrepreneurs is (I) formed a mindset; (ii) market sensitivity, (lii) calculated risk-taker, and (iv) persistent
